The University of Akron's Hospitality Club is hosting a Spring Brunch on Sunday, April 10, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Crystal Room Restaurant in Gallucci Hall, 200 E. Exchange St.
The buffet will include made-to-order omelets, a build-your-own-waffle station, bacon and sausage, chicken picatta, bourbon-glazed salmon, potatoes O’Brien, spring salad, three-onion soup, potato-corn chowder and an assortment of beverages and desserts.
The cost is $13.95 for students and seniors, $16.95 for club supporters and free for children three and younger. Proceeds benefit the UA Hospitality Club.
