Summa Health System, Goodyear, Verizon Wireless, and Oriana House are among the employers expected at the All-Campus Career Fair, to be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18 in the Student Union ballrooms.
Sponsored by the University’s Career Center, the fair is open to all UA students and alumni. Professional dress and resumes will be required for entry. The event is free.
“Alumni and students from all majors are encouraged to attend and meet these employers,” says Mike Kulick, associate director of the UA Career Center, which is sponsoring the fair. “This is a great opportunity to search for full-time and part-time positions as well as internships.”
To help attendees get the most out of the career fair, the Career Center will hold two preparation seminars:
- Monday, Oct. 15 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Student Union 335.
- Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Student Union 316.
