The University of Akron's Clinic for Individual and Family Counseling is offering group counseling during the fall semester on anger and stress management for adults.
The sessions will be offered from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays for 10 weeks, beginning Sept. 17.
These group counseling services cost $10 per session and will deal with effective stress management strategies and ways to constructively deal with anger. For more information, call 330-972-6822, or visit the Clinic for Individual and Family Counseling website.
