About enrollment
We are ready to welcome you into the ZipsRec family! To help you know what to expect, below are some important notes about our enrollment process.
- Members must enroll in-person in the SRWC.
- The Membership Office is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm, or by appointment by calling 330-972-7637.
- We will gladly offer you a tour of our facility to highlight available opportunities and member benefits.
- Please bring a valid government-issued ID with you.
- Payment in full is required at time of enrollment.
- We accept cash, check, debit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.
The entire enrollment process should take about 10 minutes for new members and 5 minutes for renewing members.
