Concentrations
Students may wish to choose in a strategic manner their menu (i.e., their 4 courses from the list that includes PSYC:230, PSYC:320, PSYC:335, PSYC:340, PSYC:345, and PSYC:410) and elective courses so as to orient themselves toward a particular type of graduate program or job market.
There is great flexibility within the major to create a specific area of concentration that fits the student, but a few suggestions are presented below.
Students are encouraged to discuss this issue as part of their program planning with their faculty mentor or their undergraduate advisor.
