Welcome to Your Workday training!
The Workday Student implementation team is excited to share updates to the training pages to help Workday users quickly and easily access the guides and resources they need.
All UA employees use Workday for a variety of tasks ranging from viewing their personal info, tracking time worked and time off, to managing personnel and finances. As the Workday Student implementation continues in 2024, additional courses for student-related functionality will be included.
Campus readiness is critical to our success. We strive to provide multiple methods to access training and learn more about Workday.
Open Forum sessions will be held for anyone at the university to attend and learn more about upcoming functionality and topics. Dates and times will be published in the Digest with more information about each topic that will be covered. Recordings of these sessions will also be posted on the Events page of the project website.
Training opportunities will be available throughout 2024, which will include self-paced resources, videos, instructor-led content, and more. See the training catalog, documentation, and job aid library to get started!

The easiest to remember method is the Quick Links panel on our new MyAkron portal.
